Heritage Church is led by our Senior Pastor and supported by a group of Elders. The Board of Elders is comprised of men from Heritage Church, including the Senior Pastor, who give oversight to three primary leadership responsibilities:

1. Defend the Doctrine of the Church

2. Determine the Direction of the Church

3. Provide Counsel and Care to the Church.

They use their wisdom, discernment and shepherding gifts to ensure the church is striving to be all God intended for the body of Christ to be! The Senior Pastor works in cooperation with the Elders to ensure healthy ministry development and strong accountability. Together, they serve to oversee the overall direction and operations of the Church, financial management, and legal and contractual approvals. Heritage Church has been blessed to have a strong foundation of Biblical leadership. Many of those Elders helped establish Heritage Church and continue to be a vital part of our faith community. We refer to this group of men as Elder Emeriti and they continue to give input, spiritual guidance, and leadership to the life of Heritage Church.
