Creative & Promotional Request 

Do you need something designed or produced by our Creative Team? You've come to right place! Before you fill out the form, we thought it would be helpful for you know what you can expect during this process. And just as a reminder, All requests must be received 12 business days prior to "in-hand" date.

  1. The first step in the process is to fill out and submit the Creative/Promotional Request form (aka CP Form).

  2. After you hit submit, we will connect with you to schedule a chat within 2 business days.

  3. A Basecamp project will be created in which you will be tagged to. All communication about your project such as progress and updates will be done through Basecamp.

  4. If needed, a meeting will be set up to further discuss your request.

  5. Project will begin.

  6. All communication about your project such as progress and updates will be done through Basecamp. We will contact you when a 1st proof is ready (if requested).

  7. Any revisions will then be worked on if needed.

  8. All links to assets will be delivered through the Basecamp project.

HOW TO KNOW YOU ARE READY TO SUBMIT YOUR PROMOTION AND DESIGN REQUEST?

Details such as date, location, start and end time, price, and major attractions of event have been FINALIZED. This is not a process that is meant to be quick. Take your time and communicate as clearly as possible so the creative team is able to work with you well.
