The essence of a growing relationship with God is our faith. As our faith grows and matures and develops, our intimacy with God grows, matures, and develops. And so, throughout our life, God is working to grow our faith. He does it all kinds of different ways. How can we solve problems that we did not create? Looking at the life of Jesus, we see: HE WENT to where the people were. HE SAW people for who they really were. HE HAD compassion on them. Then and only then did he enlist the help of the disciples saying that the harvest was plenty, but the workers were few.
